Thanks to Dominique René de Lerma for sharing his list of Perry's works with me. This list is compiled from Zenobia Perry's list, in consultation with Janis-Rozena Peri, and from examination of the actual scores. There are many additional works that the composer is holding back because they need revision or recopying. I have used the date that appears on the actual music, if available; otherwise I have used the date of the premiere. Zenobia Perry often listed the date the work was copyrighted with The Library of Congress on her own list of her compositions.

(7:13) This was Perry's University of Wyoming Masters thesis project, later revised and presented under a new name, Ships That Pass in the Night (1988) (8:16) Orchestration: 2 flutes, 2 clarinets, 2 oboes, 2 bassoons, 2 trumpets, four French horns, 2 trombones, 2 tubas, timpani, cymbal and strings. Premiered July 9, 1954 in Caspar, Wyoming and Denver, Colorado, with the University of Wyoming Orchestra. Saul Caston, conductor. [In 1955, there was a version for band, performed April 19, 1955.]

Tawawa House, opera in 2 acts for SSSAATTBB (1985). Text: Zenobia P. Powell. Duration: two hours with intermission. Premiere: 1987; Paul Robeson Cultural and Performing Arts Center, Central State University, Ohio. Orchestration: 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 B-flat clarinets, 2 bassoons, 2 F horns, 2 trumpets, 2 tenor trombones, bass trombone and tuba. timpani, Bass drum, strings. Roles: 3 sopranos, 2 mezzo sopranos, 2 tenors, baritone and bass baritone.

Tempo for Wind Ensemble and Soprano (1993). Text by R.H. Grenville (lives in Victoria, Canada). 17 pages.
